EXTERIOR ELEMENTS Façade In order to ensure total thermal insulation and sound proofing, our façades are made with the SATE system and comprise an external finish in plaster or sandstone veneer depending on the area, external insulation on cement mortar screed, perforated brick laid on cement mortar and river sand, a cavity wall and double sheet plasterboard party walls (Pladur-type) inside. Interior Joinery We have also used top-quality material for the interior joinery, installing solid wood internal doors finished in white gloss to highlight the elegance in each room.
